| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小青龙汤雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者的治疗作用及部分机理.方法:将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例,治疗组以小青龙汤雾化吸入加常规西药治疗,对照组只给予西药常规治疗.两组均以连续10 d为1疗程.观察证候疗效及肺功能检查、血气分析指标等.结果:治疗组中医证候疗效及实验室检查的改善情况均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:小青龙汤雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病有较好的治疗作用,机制可能与该方法具有一定的解痉平喘、祛痰止咳、抑菌抗炎等作用且能直达病所有关.
