| 摘 要： | 目的：观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对骨外露体表溃疡的治疗效果。方法：对58例病人创面均用MEBO治疗，面积小者自行愈合，面积大者配合植皮治疗。结果：58例病人均在两个月内治愈，其中42例自行愈合，16例行肉芽创面植皮愈合，总有效率100％，治愈率72％。结论：MEB0对伴有骨外露的体表溃疡疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating surface ulcers with bone exposed. Method: 58 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO. Result: Small surface ulcers healed after MEBO treatment. Large surface ulcers healed with skin autograft. All the patients healed in 2 months. Among them 42 cases healed without skin grafting and 16 cases received skin grafting after granulation. The total effective rate was 100%. The curative rate was 72%. Conclusion: MEBO is efficacious in treating surface ulcers with bone exposed. |
