| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨消结散外敷治疗肌注后硬结的疗效。方法 将180例肌注后硬结的患者随机分为两组,治疗组用消结散外敷,对照组用硫酸镁湿敷,治疗后观察硬结吸收情况,数据经χ~2检验。结果 治疗组有效率98.67％,对照组有效率56.67％,两组有效率对比,P<0.0l,有显著差异。结论 消结散具有活血化瘀、软坚散结作用,治疗组疗效优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Curative effect of applying Nodules Dissipated to cure the nodules following intramuscular injection. Methods Divide 180 nodules into two groups, the curative group apply Nodules Dissipated , the comparative group apply MgSO4. After curing, observe the effection of dissipating nodules. The data were tested by x2. Results The effective rate of the curative group: 98. 7% , and that of the comparative group:56. 67% . Compared the two groups, P<0. 01. There are markable differ-ences. Conclusion The curative is better than the comparative group , The nodules Dissipated has invigated the circulation of blood and melted petechiaes and softened the stiffness and dissipated the nodules. |
