不同牵引力治疗颈椎病X线观察疗效分析

目的探讨颈椎病患者牵引时的最佳牵引力。材料与方法按患者体重的5％，10％，15％，20％，25％30％、40％的牵引力分别对57例颈椎病患者进行牵引，同时摄取颈椎侧位片，并与牵引前X线片进行比较，寻找拉伸最大长度时所用的牵引力。结果在牵引力按体重5％、10％、15％、20％时，颈椎平均分别拉伸了，0．21cm、0．33cm、0．44cm0．56cm，当牵引力按体重25％、30％、40％时，其拉伸长度皆为0.56cm。拉伸最长的牵引力为体重的10％、15％、20％、25％时，本组分别有9例(占16％)、18例(占32％)、24例(占42％)、6例(占10％)。结论颈椎病牵引时最佳牵引力为体重的15％～20％，此牵引力也符合颈椎生物力学原理。

The x-ray observation and analysis with different traction forces for cervial spondylopathy

Purpose To experimentally study the excellent traction force for cervical spondylopathy.Materials and methods According to 5%, 10%, 15%,20%,25%,30%,40%of the body weight, respectively, 57 cases are tracted and taking the lateral films,which are tracted and taking the lateral films.which are compared with X - ray before traction,then we can find out the biggest length of stretching for traction few. Results When the traction force is 5%, 10%' 15%,20%,of body wright,the average length is stretched of 0. 21cm,0. 33cm,0. 44cm, 0. 56cm respectively; When the traction force is 25%, 35%, 40%, the total stretching length is 0. 56cm; and it won' t increase anymore. The weight for traction force of the biggest stretching length is 10%, 15 %,20%, 25%,and is respectively 9 cases(16% ),18 cases(32%),24 cases(42% ),6 cases(10% ).Conclusion The optimal traction fouce for cervical spondylopathy is about 15% - 20% of body weight. It is suitable to the principle of biomechanic cervical gines.
