经腹部及阴道超声监测卵泡发育

摘    要:目的 探讨不孕症患者卵泡排卵情况及其与子宫内膜厚度的相互关系,为临床治疗提供依据.方法 回顾分析原发性不孕的妇女100例,利用B超监测扫查卵泡发育、受孕情况及子宫内膜厚度的变化.结果 正常卵泡排卵52例,子宫内膜厚度(8±2.32) mm,卵泡排出时大小(22±4.0) mm,占总数的52.0%;小卵泡排卵26例,子宫内膜厚度(6±1.82) mm,卵泡排出时大小(15.0±2.4) mm,占总数的26.0%;卵泡不破裂黄素化综合征11例,子宫内膜厚度(6±2.32) mm,占总数的11.0%;无排卵月经11例,子宫内膜厚度(5±1.62) mm,占总数的11.0%.结论 B超能直接观察卵泡生长发育,确定生长发育的卵泡的位置、形态、数目,较准确判断排卵日期,观察子宫内膜厚度,在指导临床用药与指导性生活时间方面具有十分重要的意义.

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship of ovulation and endometrium to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods The data of 150 cases of primary infertility were analyzed retrospectively.B-ultrasonic monitoring of follicular development,conception and the changes in endometrium was performed.Results In 52 cases (52.0%)of formal follicular ovulation,the thickness of endometrium was (8±2.32) mm and the size of ovulation was (22±4.0) mm.In 26 cases (26%) of ovular ovulation,the thickness of endometrium was (6±1.82) mm and the size of ovulation was (15.0±2.4) mm.In 11 cases (11%) of anovulomenorrhea,the thickness of endometrium was (5±1.62) mm.Conclusion B-ultrasonic technology can be used to monitor the follicular development,and the location,the amount and the shape of follicule to judge the date of ovulation and to observe the thickness of endometrium,which can be used as guidance for medication and sexual life.
