《内经》中有关消渴病的认识探析

摘    要:本文通过对《内经》中有关消渴病的相关文献进行研究 ,从消渴病的病名、症状以及病因病机等方面进行详细的理论阐述 ,指出深入研究古代医籍文献 ,对于指导临床治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:By studing of the literatures of traditional chinese medicine about a disease characterized by poly dipsia,polyphagia and polyuria in The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic,the author discussed the symptom,pathogenesis and treatment of the disease in detail,and pointed out that we should deeply study on the old literatures,because these have significant meaning in clinical practice Key words:a disease characterized by polydipsia,polyphagia and polyuria;The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic;pathogenesis;treatment of Neurology, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, Yizheng 211900 Abstract Objective To study the inhibitory effect and mechanism of buflomedil on deviation of the intracellular free Ca+{2+} concentration induced by norepinephrine (NE), histamine(His) and high K++ in isolated single cell of rat brain. Methods [Ca+{2+}]i was examined by an assay system of AR CM MIC, using Fuar 2/AM as a fluorescent indicator. Results In the presence of extracellular Ca+{2+} 1.3 mmol·L+{-1}. Buflomedil significantly suppressed the increase of [Ca+{2+}]i induced both by NE(0.1 μmol·L+{-1}) and His (100 μmol·L+{-1}). On the other hand, buflomedil showed no substantial effect on [Ca+{2+}]i induced by KCl (50 mmol·L+{-1}). Conclusion bulfomedil is an inhibitor of alpha adreneryic receptors and a weak calcium antagonist.
