顶空气相色谱法测定萘丁美酮中残留的有机溶剂

摘    要:目的建立萘丁关酮中3种残留有机溶剂的分离测定方法。方法采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法,FID检测器,应用DB-624石英毛细管柱(30m×0.3mm,1.8μm),载气为氮气,柱温为80℃,测定萘丁关酮原料中甲醇、异丙醇、甲苯的残留量。结果各有机溶剂均能得到有效分离,浓度在所考察的范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r为0.9997~0.9999,平均回收率为99.1%~102.0%。结论顶空气相色谱法灵敏、简便、快速、准确,可用于萘丁美酮中残留有机溶剂的检测。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method of headspace capillary gas chromatography for determining the residual organic solvents methanol, isopropyl alcohol, toluene in nabumetone. Methods The three organic solvents were separated on the DB- 624 capillary column (30 m ×0. 3 mm, 1.8 μm) with the column temperature of 80 ℃. Results The three residual organic solvents were completely separated and there was good linearity (r =0. 999 7-0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was in the range of 99. 1%- 102.0%. Conclusion The methods is proved to be accurate and sensitive. It can be used to determine the residual organic solvents in nabumetone.
