钙离子拮抗剂治疗偏头痛患者的疗效观察

目的 探讨钙拮抗剂对偏头痛的预防作用。方法 应用前瞻性研究和双盲对照实验,观察口服尼莫地平(30mg,3/日)、尼莫地平缓释片(30mg,3/日)、特来斯(30mg,3/日)、盐酸氟桂嗪(10mg,3/日)、尼卡地平(40mg,3/日)、依拉地平(40mg,3/日)对212例偏头痛病人的疗效,随访1年。结果 治疗结束时有171例坚持服用钙拮抗剂,13例被排除试验。服药后各组的头痛天数和头痛强度均有下同程度的下降,尼莫地平缓释片和特来斯对偏头痛的远期预防效果较好,依拉地平近期预防效果较好,安慰剂对偏头痛发作有一定的预防作用。结论 尼莫地平、尼莫地平缓释片、特来斯、尼卡地平、依拉地平、安慰剂对偏头痛有预防作用,但疗效不同。

The effects of calcium chtnnel blockers in treatment of patients with migraine

Objective To investigate the prophylactic effects of calcium channnel blockers in the treatment of migraine. Methods There were 212 patients with migraine. They were divided into different groups: nimodipine (30mg, tid), slowly releasing tablet of nimodipine (30mg, tid), toresine (30mg,tid), flunar-izine (10mg, tid), nicardipine (40mg, tid) and isradipine (40mg, tid). Prospective survey method and double blind con trolled trial were used , and the period of follow - up was one year. Results At the end, 171 patients insisted on receivingcalcium chennel blockers, 13 patients gave up cure. There were some improvement of headache time and intension in all groups. The long - term effect of slowly releasing tablet of nimodipine and toresine were better than other drugs , while isradipine was good in its short -term effect. Placebo also had some effective in prevent migraine. Conclusion Nimodipine, slowly releasing tablet of nimodipine, toresine, nicardipine, isradipine and placebo all have prospective prophylaclic effects for migraine, but they produced different curative effects.
