摘    要:目的 了解脑萎缩在中老年知识分子人群中的发生率 ,CT诊断及分型并与血压、血糖、血脂之间的相关性进行分析 ,从而进一步为临床诊断提供依据。方法 对 76 7例中老年知识分子颅脑CT体检发现的 12 8名脑萎缩患者 ,回顾性分析其特征 ,由经验丰富的医师目测及线性测量诊断各型脑萎缩并相互比较印证 ,再与临床及实验室检查的血压、血糖、血脂数据进行等级相关对照。结果 目测诊断脑萎缩 12 8例中 ,经数据测量印证 110例 ,相符率达 88.6 1%。脑萎缩的发病率随年龄增加而明显增加 ;男性发病率大于女性。血压、年龄是影响本病的主要因素 ,经等级相关分析 ,假设检验有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 本研究结果提示 ,积极防治高血压 ,是预防脑萎缩和老年期痴呆的有效措施 ,并具重要的临床意义。CT目测诊断脑萎缩简捷而较为可靠

Abstract:Objective To understand the incurrence, CT diagnosis, classification of brain atrophy and the relationship with blood pressure, sugar and lipoids in the middle-old aged knowledge popular brain atrophytion. To provide evidences for clinical diagnosis.Methods To Analyze the character of 128 cases of brain atrophy patients found by CT in 767 middle-old aged knowledge population during health scans, retrospectively. Compare every type of brain atrophy by eye-dependent measure of experienced radiologists and data-dependent measure, classifiedly analyze the relationship with blood pressure, sugar and lipoids.Results Of the 128 cases of brain atrophy diagnosed by eye-dependent measure,110 cases were diagnosed by data-dependent measure, correspondence rate was 88.61%. The incurrence of brain atrophy increased along with age; the incurrence in male was more than female. Blood pressure and age were the main factors of this disease. Statistically there was significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion The present study suggested that prevention and treatment of hypertension are effective methods in preventing brain atrophy and Aizheimer Eye-dependent measure in CT diagnosis is a reliable method.
