Ⅳ型胶原在胃癌组织中的分布及其意义

目的：探讨Ⅳ型胶原在胃癌中分布和表达与胃癌浸润转移的关系。方法：对１２７例进行期胃癌手术标本行Ⅳ型胶原的免疫组化观察。结果：６０例（４７％）Ⅳ型胶原染色阳性，未分化癌及印戒细胞癌的阳性率明显低于其他型，巢状生长者阳性率稍低于闭块状生长者，而明显高于弥漫性生长的胃癌。Ⅳ型胶原在粘膜层和胃壁深层胃癌组织中均阳性者肝转移的发生率明显高于其他组。结论：Ⅳ型胶原表达明显减少或缺失可作为癌细胞浸润扩散能力强的

The Distribution of Type IV Collagen in Gastric Cancer

cases of advanced gastric cancer specimens were immunohistochemically stained by type IV collagen The positive rates in undifferentiated or signet ring cell cancers were much higher than those in others (P< 001) Diffuse gastric carcinomas showed lower positive rate, as compared with mass-or nest-fashioned growth pattern gastric carcinomas (P< 001) Positive expressions of type IV collagen in mucosal and in depth gastric wall growths were accompanied by much higher liver metastasis incidence The result suggests that reduced expression of type IV collagen might play an important role in cancer invasion and spreading The expression in the deeper part of gastric wall might be a risk factor for liver metastasis
