超声介导治疗肝脏海绵状血管瘤临床研究

目的：报告经ＣＴ和Ｂ超检查确诊的４０例，４３个肝脏海绵状血管瘤，收到良好疗效。方法：在超声引导下平阳霉素瘤内直接注射治疗。结果：肿瘤完全消失１４例；瘤体缩小８０％以上２１例；瘤体缩小５０－８０％３例；失访２例。结论：平阳霉素瘤内用药量小，无明显副作用，治疗后病例随访最长时间３年以上，疗效稳定，提示了超声引导下平阳霉素瘤内直接注射治疗肝脏海绵状血管瘤，其方法简便、安全可靠，效果明显。

Intratumoral Injection of Pingyangmycin Guided by Suprasonographyin the Treatment of Liver Cavernous Hemangioma

Background: In light of the good therapeutic effect of Pingyangmycin (PYM) an anti-cancer antibiotic, similar to Blesmycin in the treatment of superficial childhood lymphangioma and hemangioma, the authors tried this drug on liver cavernous hemangioma Method: 40 consecutive patients with 48 cavernous hemangiomas of the liver were enrolled Age of the patients ranged 2770 years consisting of 11 males and 29 females Sizes of the hemangiomas were measured 1513cm for the largest and 442cm for the smallest Under the guidance of suprasonic scan PYM was delivered directly into the target tumor at dosages of 816mg for each lesion depending on its size With intervals of one to two weeks, 25 sessions constituted the treatment course variable with the tumor size The total dosage of PYM received by each case was less than 80mg Results: Follow-up of the patients at 3 months to 3 years after treatment disclosed that in 14 of the 40 patients the liver tumor mass disappeared as evidenced by US image and in 21 others the lesion regressed by over 80%in size and in another 3 patients the lesion reduced in size by 5080% Two patients lost to follow-up Conclusion: Intralesional delivery of PYM under guidance of suprasonic scan can be performed on an outpatient basis with excellent effect, paucity of adverse reactions as well as easiness of administration
