| 摘 要： | 目的：研究ＤＮＡ含量与滑膜肉瘤预后的关系。方法：采用流式细胞术对５２例滑膜肉瘤中的ＤＮＡ含量进行分析。结果：５２例滑膜肉瘤中４４例为异倍体，异倍体检出率为８４．６％。异倍体的检出率与滑膜肉瘤患者术后３年自下而上率呈明显负相关（Ｐ〈０．０５），其与淋巴转移、骨侵袭及 肺转移呈明显正相关（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：ＤＮＡ含量可作为判定滑膜肉瘤口才预后的一个理想指标。

| Abstract: | The DNA content was measured by means of flowcytometry (FCM) on paraffin embeded tissue sections from 52 synovial sarcoma patients. The results showed that aneuploid rate was 84 6%in all of these patients. The DNA aneuploid rate showed a significant negative correlation with 3-year postoperative survival ( P<0 05 ) and a positive correlation with lymph node involvement, local bone invasion and lung metastasis ( P<0 05 ). It is suggested that DNA content would be of benefit in predicting prognosis of patients with synovial sarcoma. |
