口腔原发恶性淋巴瘤的临床和病理特征分析

目的：口腔原发恶性淋巴瘤较少见，对其临床和病理特征进行总结。方法：回顾性地分析了５５例口腔原发恶性淋巴瘤的临床表现，免疫表型和形态特点。结果：该瘤在口腔的发生部位依次为腭部，牙龈，舌，颊部，口底，大多表现为溃疡状肿的，少数为表面光滑的结节。免疫表型的分析表明２０例为Ｔ淋巴瘤，３０例为Ｂ淋巴瘤，５例Ｔ或Ｂ表型均未检出。
