摘    要:为了探讨白血病细胞的分化和端粒酶活性改变的关系。方法采用PCR-LISA方法检测白血病细胞株K-562和HL-60诱导分化前后的端粒酶活性。结论分化是细胞自身调控的过程,端粒酶活性的高低与细胞所处的分化状态密切相关。

Abstract:Purpose: To study the relationship between differentiation of leukemia cells andalteration of telomerase activity. Methods: Telomerase activity was evaluated by PCR - ELISA duringand following induced differentiation in K - 562 and HL -60 cells. Results: Untreated K -562 andHL - 60 cells had higher telomerase activity which was significantly inhibited in K - 562 cells treated withMatrine and in HL - 60 cells treated with retinoic acid. The differentiation - inducing agents which hadnot directly inhibit telomerase activity indicated that the inhibition of telomerase activity responded to theinduction of differentiation and the loss of telomerase activity was closely associated with the state of thecellular differentiation. Conclusion: Cellular differentiation is a self - regulation process of the cells and,telomerase activity is associated with the state of cell differentiation.
