| 摘 要： | 目的：观察超抗原抗癌剂高聚金葡素（Ｈｉｇｈｌｙ Ａｇｇｌｕｔｎａｔｉｖｅ Ｓｔａｐｈｙｌｏｃｏｃｃｉｎ，ＨＡＳＬ）联合化疗药物介疗晚期肝癌的疗效。方法；１０８例中晚期肝癌患者随机为治疗组４８例，给予ＨＡＳＬ加化疗药物治疗。对照组５０例单纯给予疗药物治疗。结果：治疗组瘤体缩小近期有效率为５８．３％，较对照组２６．６％有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）；并且治疗组白细胞下降率和消化道症状明显改善，较对照组有

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of combination therapy with highly Agglutinative Staphylococcin (HAS) via transcatheter hepatic arterial infusion for advanced hepatic tumors. Methods: One hundred-eight cases were divided randomly into treatment group 48 cases (chemotherapy HAS) and control group 60 cases (chemotherapy only). Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 58.3%, and that of the control group was 26.6%with significant difference ( P < 0.05). The occurrence of gastrointestinal symptoms and WBC decrease rate in the treatment group was lower than that in control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: As combination therapy in the treatment of hepatic cancer, HAS plays an assistant role for the anti-tumor result, it also can reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapy and enhance immune function. |
