| 摘 要： | 为了观察康莱特与化疗联用对食管癌的治疗效果。方法将９５例中晚期食管癌患者胡机分入康莱特联用ＤＤＰ＋５－ＦＵ组和单纯ＤＤＰ＋５－ＦＵ化疗组。结果：１）两组有效率分别为７３％和５３％，差异显著，２）联用组治疗前后ＫＰＳ评分改善及稳定者也明显高于单纯化疗组；３）化疗结束后联用组有３／４患者能够及时放疗，而单纯化疗组只有不足１／２患者能按放疗。结论长期应用康莱特性使患者ＫＰＳ提高或保持稳定。有助于提高疗效

| Abstract: | The aim of the trial was to evaluate the curative effect of Kanlaite injection(KLT) onesophageal carcinoma. Ninety - five patients with esophageal cancer were divided into the KLT - DDP/5 - Fu combination treatment group of 44 cases and the chemotherapy alone group of sl cases. The re-sults showed that ( 1 ) The effective rate (CR PR) in combination treatment group was 73% which wassignificantly higher than 63% of the control group (P<0. 05) . (2) The change of general condition af-ter treatment had marked difference (P< 0.01) . (3) 3/4 of cases in the combination treatment groupbegan radiotherapy immediately and more than 1/2 of the patients of control group had delayed one week. |
