榄香烯乳联合化疗治疗肺癌临床观察

目的：探讨榄香烯乳联合化疗治疗肺癌的疗效。方法：应用榄香乳联合吡柔比星（ＴＨＰ－ＡＤＭ）和环磷酰胺（ＣＴＸ）治疗中晚期原发性肺癌２５例，至少３个疗程以 。结果ＣＲ１２％（３／２５），ＰＲ５６％（１４／２５），ＣＲ＋ＰＲ６８％。结论：ＴＨＰ－ＡＤＭ心脏毒性及其它毒性均较低，尤其是榄香烯乳具有较强的杀伤肿瘤细胞功能，同时有升白细胞、增强机体免疫力的作用，对肿瘤细胞不产生抗药性，副反应少，可长期应用。

Elemene Incorporated in Combination Chemotherapy of Lung Cancer

Objective:To study the efficacy of Elemene in combination chemotherapy of lung cancer. Methods: Twenty-five cases of intermediate and advanced primary lung cancer were treated with combination chemotherapy consisting of Elemene, THP-ADM and CTX for at least 3 cycles of treatment. Results: CR was seen in 12%(3/25), PR 56%(14/25) with CR PR rate being 68%. Conclusion: The results indicate that THP-ADM has low cardiac toxicity or other toxic reactions, and that Elemene has strong killing effect on cancer cells, and at the same time it increases the number of white blood cells, augments immunity of body. Owing to the rarity of side-ffects and the fact that it does not incite cellular resistance, Elemene may be used for prolonged period.
