直视下耻骨上膀胱小切口联合前列腺汽化电切术治疗BPH合并膀胱多发结石(附40例报告)

目的探讨前列腺增生症(BPH)合并膀胱多发结石的安全有效的治疗方法。方法经尿道置入电切镜,在耻骨上行膀胱小切口,自膀胱小切口放入卵圆钳,窥镜直视下直接取出膀胱胱结石,留置膀胱造瘘冲洗管,然后行前列腺汽化电切术(TURP)。结果所有病例均一次取石成功,取石时间5￣8min,无结石残留,无手术并发症。结论该方法损伤小,安全且疗效确切,并发症少,是治疗BPH合并膀胱多发结石的安全有效的治疗方法。

A clinical study on treating BPH and bladder complicated stone with minor incision operation plus TURP under direct vision (report of 40 cases)

Objective] To study a safe and effective therapy for patients with benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH)and bladder complicated stone. Methods] Resectoscopy was inserted into bladder by transurethral approach, and oval clamp was inserted through minor incision operation and used to remove the stones under direct vision. TURP followed after the removal of stone. Results] Bladder complicated stone removal succeeded uneventfully in all patients in 5 to 8 minutes. there was not severe complication and no one died. Conclusions] The procedure was of little trauma, safe with less complication and good result. It was suggested that the procedure is safe and effective on therapy patients with BPH and bladder complicated stone.
