| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨闭式复位空心加压螺钉内固定结合中药内服对股骨颈骨折术的疗效.方法 闭式复位空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折93例,其中男41例,女52例;结合中药内服为治疗组48例,对照组45例.GardenⅠ型7例,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅲ型53例,Ⅳ型21例,随访时间为2.5～4年,平均3.1年.结果 93例获得随访,治疗组48例,优36例,良9例,可2例,差1例,优良率为93.75%;对照组45例,优26例,良7例,可8例,差4例,优良率73.33%.结论 闭式复位空心加压螺纹钉内固定结合中药治疗股骨颈骨折有良好疗效.
