珍珠明目滴眼液治疗慢性结膜炎的临床研究

目的　观察珍珠明目滴眼液治疗慢性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法　将慢性结膜炎患者76例15 2眼随机分为2组,每组76眼,治疗组用珍珠明目滴眼液治疗,对照组用0 .2 5 %氯霉素滴眼液治疗,4周为一疗程。结果　治疗组总疗效优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组治疗后眼干涩、异物感、目痒等眼部症状均有明显改善,且对缓解视疲劳、睑结膜充血及乳头、滤泡等眼部体征的治疗,治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　珍珠明目滴眼液是治疗慢性结膜炎和视疲劳症的首选药,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Pearl Clear-Sighted Eye Drops in Therapy of Chronic Conjunctivitis

Objective To observe the effect of Pearl Clea r-Sighted Eye Drops on chronic conjunctivitis.Methods 76 patients(152 eyes) were divided into 2 groups( 76 eyes in each group).The experimental group was treated by pearl clear-sighte d eye drops,and the control group was treated by 0.25% chloramphenicol.The peri od of treatment was 4 weeks.Results As to the total effective rates of the two group ,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After tr eatment,the symptoms,such as dryness,foreign body sensation and tickle of eyes,w ere released.As for treating asthenopia,hyperemia or papilla and follicle of pal pehral conjunctiva,the experimental group was significantly higher than the cont rol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pearl clear-sighted eye drop has obvious cura tive effect on chronic conjunctivitis and asthenopia.
