小儿颅骨缺损早期颅骨成形术 ２1 例

目的 回顾性分析 ２1 例颅骨缺损患儿病例资料，总结小儿颅骨缺损早期修补术的临床经验与疗效。 方法 ２０１ 6 年 １ 月至 ２０20 年 1月我们对 ２1 例颅骨缺损患儿早期施行颅骨修补手术。 结果 患儿均痊愈出院，术后均无近期并发症，术后均随访 １ 年以上，无一例发生修补材料排斥反应，无外露、移位、感染等并发症。其中颅骨修补术前有临床症状的 18 例患儿，术后症状均获不同程度改善。结论 年龄在3岁以上的，颅骨缺损范围 ＞３ ｃｍ 的患儿应尽早行颅骨修补术。手术治疗可以促进神经功能恢复，也可以避免颅骨缺损带来的并发症。

Early-stage cranioplasty in children with skull defect: a report of 21 cases

objective: to retrospectively analyze the data of 21 children with skull defect and summarize the clinical experience and curative effect of early repair of skull defect in children. Methods: from January 2016 to January 2020, we performed early skull repair in 21 children with skull defects. Results: all the children were cured and discharged from hospital, and all of them were followed up for more than one year. There was no rejection of repair materials, no complications such as exposure, displacement, infection and so on. Among them, 18 children with clinical symptoms before skull repair were improved in varying degrees after operation. Conclusion if the age is over 3 years old and the range of skull defect is larger than 3cm, skull repair should be performed as soon as possible. Early surgical treatment can not only promote the recovery of neurological function, but also avoid the complications caused by skull defect.
