32例泪小管断裂吻合术临床疗效分析

目的观察32例泪小管断裂吻合术临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年4月—2016年9月我院收治外伤性泪小管断裂患者32例,所有患者均在显微镜直视下寻找到泪小管两断端,置入硬膜外导管并吻合断端。术后随访并观察临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果32例泪小管断裂患者术中全部吻合成功,术后随访12个月,其中23例治愈(71.88%);2例好转(6.25%);7例无效(21.87%);随访中3例出现泪小管豁裂,3例出现硬膜外导管脱落,2例患者出现眼睑外翻。结论显微镜直视下行泪小管断裂吻合术,用硬膜外导管作为支持物,简单易行,远期效果良好。

Clinical analysis of 32 cases of lacrimal canalicular laceration anastomosis

Objetive To observe the clinical effect of dacryocystorhinostomy in 32 cases.Methods From April 2015 to September 2016,32 patients with traumatic rupture of lacrimal canaliculus were analyzed retrospectively.All patients found the two broken ends of lacrimal canaliculus under the microscope,and then placed epidural catheter and anastomosed the broken ends.The clinical effect and complications were observed.Results All the 32 cases of lacrimal canaliculus rupture were anastomosed successfully during the operation.After 12 months follow-up,23 cases were cured(71.88%);2 cases were improved(6.25%);7 cases were ineffective(21.87%);3 cases had lacrimal canaliculus fissure,3 cases had epidural catheter falling off,and 2 cases had eyelid ectropion.Conclusion Under the microscope,the anastomosis of lacrimal canaliculus is simple and easy,and the long-term effect is good.
