| 摘 要： | 1例36岁女性患者,诊断为晚期肺癌多发转移。既往无高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、脑血管疾病病史。2018年7月16日服用盐酸安罗替尼胶囊(12 mg,qd,d1–14,q 3 w),32 d后出现胸闷、胸痛。入院后考虑安罗替尼所致急性心肌梗死可能性大,立即停用安罗替尼,同时给予抗血小板、调血脂、改善循环等对症治疗。患者病情明显好转后出院。

| Abstract: | One 36-year-old female patient was diagnosed as advanced lung carcinoma with multiple metastases.The patient has no history of hypertension,heart disease,diabetes mellitus and cerebrovascular disease.The patient was treated with anlotinib hydrochloride capsules(12 mg,qd,d1–14,q 3 w)and suffered from chest tightness and chest pain 32 days later.The patient was admitted to hospital and stopped taking anlotinib for considering acute myocardial infarction caused by anlotinib.Antiplatelet,lipidregulating and improving microcirculation drugs were given to her at the same time.The patient was discharged with the improved condition. |
