医药企业复工复产应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的专家共识

自2020年1月开始,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发并迅速蔓延。鉴于春节后医药企业复工复产潮的到来及全国新型冠状病毒引发的疫情形势,为了帮助医药企业做好近期疫情防控工作,由中国药业杂志社牵头,组织相关行业协会和医院联合组成共识专家组。在国家疫情防控要求的基础上,结合国家卫生健康委员会的有关法规文件、科学研究数据和循证医学资料,对复工复产所涉及医药企业的防疫防控机制、复工复产准备工作、返程员工分级管理、上岗管理、员工日常管理、场所及设施设备管理、生产管理、生活管理等方面提出了《医药企业复工复产应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的专家共识》,为医药企业复工复产、做好疫情防控提供指导意见。

Expert Consensus on the Prevention and Control of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 for the Resumption of Work and Production of Pharmaceutical Enterprises

Since January 2020,the outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic have been spreading rapidly.In consideration of the resumption of work and production of pharmaceutical enterprises after the Spring Festival and the epidemic situation induced by the novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)in China,China Pharmaceuticals Magazine Agency took the lead in organizing relevant industry associations and hospitals to form a consensus expert group,in order to help pharmaceutical enterprises do a good job in the prevention and control of the recent epidemic.On the basis of national requirements for the epidemic prevention and control,combined with relevant regulatory documents of National Health Commission of People’s Republic of China,scientific research data and evidence-based medical materials,we put forward the Expert Consensus on the Prevention and Control of the coronavirus disease 2019 for the Resumption of Work and Production of Pharmaceutical Enterprises,which included the prevention and control mechanism,preparation for resumption of work and production,hierarchical management of returned employees,on duty management,daily management of employees,management of places,facilities and equipment,management of production and life in the pharmaceutical enterprises involved in the resumption of work and production,in order to provide guidance for the resumption of work and production of pharmaceutical enterprises and the prevention and control of epidemic situation.
