| 摘 要： | 目的比较利培酮与奎硫平治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效。方法63例老年精神分裂症患者分为2组,分别给予利培酮与奎硫平治疗,疗程8周。比较2组的疗效与不良反应。结果2组疗效相当(P>0.05),但奎硫平的不良反应明显少于利培酮(P<0.05)。结论奎硫平与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效相当,奎硫平的不良反应较利培酮少。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect of Risperidone with that of Quetiapine in the treatment of senile schizophrenia.Methods 63 cases with senile schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups treated with Risperidone and Quetiapine for 8 weeks,respectively.The therapeutic effect and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in therapeutic effect,but the side effects of Quetiapine were less than that of Risperidone(P <0.05).Conclusion Quetiapine has similar efficacy than Risperidone for senile schizophrenia.Quetiapine has less side effects. |
