超声对于类风湿性关节炎膝关节病变的观察

目的通过超声观察髌上囊、股骨内外髁软骨情况，评价超声对于类风湿性关节炎（RA）辅助诊断、观察疗效的价值。方法通过超声对RA病例组与对照组、RA病例组治疗前后髌上囊液体、滑膜、股骨内外髁软骨进行对比观察。结果RA组治疗前较对照组髌上囊液体及滑膜增厚，股骨内外髁软骨变薄，治疗后髌上囊液体及滑膜变薄，血供减少，RI增高。结论超声通过观察关节积液、滑膜及软骨的病变，为临床辅助诊断RA及评价治疗效果提供依据。

Ultrasonographic Findings of Knee Joint Lesions in Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective The suprapatellar bursa and femoral condylar cartilage in knee joints were ultrasonographically examined to define the ultrasound adjuvant diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation on rheumatic arthritis(RA).Methods The suprapatellar bursa fluid,synovial membrane and femoral condylar cartilage were detected before and after therapy in the RA and control groups.Results The suprapatellar bursa fluid and synovial membrane in RA group before therapy were thicker than in the control group,and the femoral condylar cartilage in RA group was thinner than in the control group.In RA group,the thickness of suprapatellar bursa fluid and synovial membrane became thin,synovial color flow were lower,and RI was higher after therapy. Conclusions Ultrasonography was valuable for adjuvant diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of RA.
