| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胫骨Pilon骨折治疗方式的选择及其效果。方法回顾性分析自2004年9月至2007年9月收治2l例用有限内固定结合外固定架的手术方式治疗的胫骨pilon骨折患者，术后平均随访18个月。结果根据Mazur踝关节功能评定标准系统评估手术疗效，优5例，良12例，可4例，优良率80．9％。结论胫骨Pilon骨折采用有限内固定结合外固定架手术治疗方式，可以获得较好效果并可减少并发症的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the selection and effect of treatment ofpilon fracture of tibia. Methods A retrospec-tive analysis was done for the 21 patients admitted to our department from september 2004 to september 2007 for pilon fracture of tibia and treated with limited internal fixation and external fixator operation with average follow-up 18 months after operation. Results The effects of operation with Mazur ankle functional evaluation standard system were good in 5 cases,better in 12 cases,approve in 4 cases with the fineness rate of 80.9%. Conclusion To apply the opertation ofextemal fixator and limited internal fixation for treating pilon fracture of tibia can gain better effect and decrease complication in-cidence., |
