日照市中学生烟害现状及干预对策研究

目的了解日照市初中生吸烟现状及影响因素,为从早、从小预防和控制人群吸烟提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样方法,选取城区3所中学的900名初中生,采用问卷法对学生吸烟情况进行调查,并分为一般干预组、强化干预组和对照组进行干预实验。结果初中学生吸烟率为12.27%,主要原因为好奇、情绪影响、模仿、其他等。干预后,两个干预组学生烟害知识和信念平均得分都有了明显提高(P0.01);一般干预组学生吸烟率由11.27%降至1.45%,加强干预组由13.43%降至2.47%,干预效果显著(P0.01);同时,两个干预组学生对学习感兴趣人数均增加,厌学人数都降为零。结论在学校中实施政策促进、控制吸烟知识及意识传播、吸烟行为干预等措施,对于控制学生吸烟,创建无烟学校是有效的。

Study on Present Situation of Smoking and Intervention Measures of Smoking Control Among Middle School Students in Rizhao

OBJECTIVE To investigate smoking rate and influence factors among middle school students in Rizhao,and provide evidence for prevention and smoking control for people as earlier as possible.METHODS Questionnaire tests were given to 900 students from 3 junior middle school in city to know about present situation of smoking by random-cluster sumpling.And they were divided into three groups：capsule intervention group,general intervention group and control group.RESULTS The smoking rate of junior middle school student was 12.27%,the main reasons for smoking included curiosity,emotion influences,imitation,others,and so on.After interfering,the two intervention group＇s average score of knowledge about smoking and belief were obviously increased（P0.01）.The smoking rate of general intervention group dropped from 11.27% to 1.45% and the capsule intervention group from 13.43% to 2.47%,and all the two groups had evident effects（P0.01）.The number of who was interested in learning was increased and no one dislike learning.CONCLUSION The results of policy promoting,controlling the knowledge about smoking and consciousness transmission,and smoking behavior intervention show that it is effective to control smoking and create no-smoking school.
