护理不良事件计算机网络管理系统的设计与临床应用

目的提高护理不良事件报告的准确性和及时性,为护理不良事件的管理提供依据。方法建立护理不良事件网络上报与监管系统,通过模块分析,找准事件原因、修订制度和流程、强化重点环节及重点人群的管理。结果护理不良事件上报时间缩短、护理不良事件的重复发生率及严重程度降低(P<0.05)。结论护理不良事件计算机系统是实现护理不良事件网络上报和管理的有效手段。
