深圳市1680名救生员心肺复苏知识普及培训的效果分析

目的:观察深圳地区救生员心肺复苏(CPR)知识普及培训的效果.方法:比较不同文化程度、年龄、性别的救生员培训前后CPR理论知识及实践技能水平.结果:1680名救生员培训前后、不同文化程度CPR理论知识及实践技能合格率均有明显差异,P均<0.05;不同年龄段救生员培训前CPR理论知识和操作技能无明显差异,但培训后有明显差异,P<0.05;男女救生员理论知识和操作技能无明显差异.结论:专项培训可明显提升救生员CPR知识及实践技能,利于提高院前溺水至呼吸心跳骤停的现场复苏成功率.

Effect Analysis of Popularizeing and Training of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Knowledge in 1680 of Lifeguard in Shenzhen Area

Objective： To observe the effect of popularizing and training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） knowledge in 1680 lifeguards in Shenzhen area. Methods： The theoretical knowledge and practical ability of the lifeguards according to different degree of education, age, gender were compared between time of before and after training. Results： The theoretical knowledge and success rate of practical ability of 1680 lifeguards and different degree of education lifeguards were significantly difference between time of before and after training, all P〈0.05. There was no significant difference in theoretical knowledge and practical ability score in lifeguards of different ages before train,but had adverse result after train. The gender had no affected in the results of train. Conclusion： The theoretical knowledge and practical ability of CPR of lifeguards may improve significantly after trained of the CPR, and it is beneficial to improve success rate of resuscitating breathe or cardiac arrest caused by drowning.
