孕妇心理因素与稽留流产的关系探讨

目的:探讨孕妇心理因素的变化与稽留流产的关系,为调整和提高稽留流产患者的心理健康水平提供依据.方法:对稽留流产患者(研究组,n=200)和成功妊娠分娩者(对照组,n=200)进行90项症状清单(SCL-90)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)检测、比较.结果:研究组SCL-90各因子得分显示强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、偏执这六项得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组EPQ检测中的内向和情绪不稳定(P>50分)检出率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:以强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、偏执为主要表现,个性内向不稳定的孕妇易于发生稽留流产.

Study on the Relationship between Psychological Factors of Pregnant Women and Missed Abortion

Objective： To investigate the psychological changes of pregnant women and missed abortion, then to provide reference and improve mental health of women with missed abortion. Methods： 200 women with missed abortion （research group） were evaluated with Self-evaluated Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） and Eysoned Personality Questionaire （EPQ）, analyzed one by one, and compared with 200 primiparas （control group）. Resluts： SCL-90 showed compulsina, interpersonal sensitivety, anxiety, depression, hostility and paranoia in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.O5）.EPQ showed the introvertion rate and the emotional instability rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusions： Women who show symptoms of compulsina, interpersonal sensitivety, anxiety, depression, hostility, paranoia and whose personality is introrse and emotional instability are easy to abortion.
