急诊腹腔镜技术在异位妊娠的诊断及治疗中的临床价值

目的:探讨腹腔镜技术在急诊异位妊娠中的诊断与治疗的临床价值.方法:回顾性分析我院2004年1月-2010年12月收治的腹腔镜手术(腹腔镜组,n=87)和常规开腹手术治疗急诊异位妊娠(对照组,n=63)的临床资料.结果:急诊腹腔镜手术均完成顺利,与常规组相比较,腹腔镜组的手术时间短、术后镇痛药使用少、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、自主排尿时间、术后住院时间短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:腹腔镜手术在急诊异位妊娠中具有诊断和治疗双重作用,是一种安全、可靠的治疗方法.

Clinical Value of Laparoscopic Technique in Diagnosis and Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective： To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic technique in diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy on emergency. Methods： The clinical data of 150 patients with ectopic pregnancy emergency dealt with laparoscopic operations （laparoseopic group, n= 87） and laparotomic operations （control group,n=63） from Jan 2004 to Dec 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 87 patients with ectopic pregnancy were successfully carried out under laparoseope＇s operation. Compared with the control group, the laparoscopic group had less operation time, used post-operation analgesics, operating time, blood loss, postoperative exhausts time and in-hospital time, there were statistical significance, all P 〈 0.01. Conclusions： Laparoscope operations play double actions both in diagnosis and treatment for ectopic pregnancy in emergencies. It is a safe and reliable method.
