高年资临床护士对住院患者安全影响因素的评价

目的了解患者在住院期间常发生的安全问题及患者自身影响安全的因素，帮助护理人员及早发现患者存在的安全隐患，为制定临床安全护理措施提供参考。方法采用尺度式问卷调查，调查台州市6所医院113名临床高年资护理人员对常见住院患者安全问题及患者自身影响安全因素的评价，并对患者安全问题的常见程度及患者自身影响安全因素的危险程度进行了分析评判。结果患者住院期间位居前6位的安全问题为静脉输液渗出、跌倒、压疮、用药失误、院内感染和烫伤，患者自身影响安全的主要因素导致其危险程度排序的前3位依次为压疮、用药失误及跌倒。结论各级医院应认识并重视常见安全问题，注重安全防护；重视患者的主体地位，积极鼓励患者参与自身安全管理；构建安全文化，提升安全护理整体水平，以保障患者安全。

Survey and Analysis of Senior Clinical Nurses' Evaluation on Factors Affecting In-patient Safety

Objective To explore common safety problems of in-patients and their own factors involved in safety to help nurses detect their potential risks as a reference in taking relevant measures for safe clinical nursing. Methods With questionnaires,113 senior clinical nurses from 6 hospitals in Taizhou city were surveyed on their evaluations of in-patients＇ common problems and risk factors affecting patients＇ safety. The frequency of in-patients＇ safety problems and the dangerous degree of their own risk factors were also evaluated and analyzed. Results The six leading risks involved in in-patients＇ safety were effusion in intravenous infusion, falls, pressure sores, medication errors,cross infection and scald. Thirty risk factors of patients＇ own safety were arranged in a sequence according to their degrees. Conclusion All hospitals should recognize and attach importance to in-patients＇ common safety problems. Patients should be encouraged to manage their own safety problems. Safety culture should be cultivated and overall level of safety nursing should be improved so as to ensure inpatients＇ safety.
