| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒技术诊断小儿肠套叠的实用价值。方法使用凸阵探头普通频率和线阵高频探头对40例肠套叠患儿检查,对比分析普通频率与高频超声的声像图特征,并观察套入部肠管、肠系膜血管的血流动力学改变。结果40例患儿均表现出典型的肠套叠图像特征,高频超声图像较普通频率图像显示清晰。40例患儿中38例肠壁血流正常,1例肠壁血流减少,1例肠壁未见血流,分别采取了灌肠复位及手术治疗。结论高频超声较普通频率能更清晰地显示病变,彩色多普勒超声对判断套叠肠管的缺血有重要帮助,从而对临床方法的选择有很大的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasonography and color Dopplerflowing(CDFI)in diagnosing and treating child intussusception. Methods Forty cases of intussusception had the examination of general-frequency and high-frequency ultrasonography, contrast ultrasonographic characteristics, the hemodynomic changes of the invaginative intestine and the mesenteric arteries and veins are observed. Results The ultrasonographic features of forty cases were typical. There was 38 cases with normal flowing imaging, 1 case with decreased flowing imaging, 1 case with decreased flowing imaging, 1 case no flowing imaging. Conclusion High-frequency ultrosonography shows lesions more clearly than general-frequency, CDFI plays an important role in estimating intestine ischemia and choosing therapy methods. |
