| 摘 要： | 长期以来,15～49岁人群是HIV感染的高危及主要人群,但近年来我国艾滋病疫情报告系统显示≥50岁年龄组HIV感染者和艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)报告数及构成比有增多趋势.随着全球范围老龄化问题的出现,≥50岁年龄组人群的HIV感染状况开始引起社会关注[1].为了解我国中老年人群艾滋病疫情特点及流行因素,本研究对我国≥50岁年龄组HIV/AIDS报告病例进行分析.
