肝病患者血硒水平检测及HBVM阳性状况分析

目的:研究肝病患者血硒水平及与HBVM阳性状况的关系。方法:分析肝癌、肝硬化和慢性乙型活动性肝炎患者血硒水平和HBVM阳性状况相关性。结果:肝癌患者血硒水平显著小于肝硬化和慢性乙型活动性肝炎患者;肝癌患者抗HBs阳性率低于肝硬化和慢性乙型活动性肝炎患者;肝癌患者中形成“小三阳”指标阳性率较高,形成“大三阳”指标阳性率次之,肝癌患者HBeAg阳性率显著高于肝硬化和慢性乙型活动性肝炎患者,肝癌和肝硬化患者抗HBe和抗HBc阳性率显著高于慢性乙型活动性肝炎患者。结论:肝病患者体内血硒水平可能影响肝病发展以及HBVM阳性状况。

Detect the Blood Selenium Level in the Liver Sickness Cases and Analysis the Positive Status of HBVM

Objective:Study the blood selenium level in the liver sickness cases and its association with the positive status of HBVM.Methods: Analysis the blood selenium level in the liver cancer、the liver cirrhosis and the chronic active hepatitis of HB cases.Results:The blood selenium level in the chronic active hepatitis of HB cases was higher than in the liver cancer and the liver cirrhosis cases.Anti-HB positive rate in the liver cancer cases was lower than the liver cirrhosis and the chronic active hepatitis B cases.The positive rate of "litter three positive" mark was relatively high in the liver cancer cases;the positive rate of "large three positive" mark had taken the second place;the positive rate of HBeAg in the liver cancer cases was significantly higher than in the liver cirrhosis and the chronic active hepatitis B cases. The positive rate of anti-HBe and anti-HBc in the liver cancer and the liver cirrhosis cases was significantly higher than in the chronic active hepatitis B cases.Conclusion:The blood selenium level in the liver sickness cases possible affected liver sickness developing and the positive status of HBVM.
