| 摘 要： | 目的：研制以盐酸芦氟沙星为主药的霜剂。方法：拟定处方组成与制备工艺，使用紫外分光光度法测定含量，进行稳定性实验。结果：处方设计合理，制备工艺可行；盐酸芦氟沙星测定的标准曲线为Ｃ＝３７．６２８Ａ＋０．０８１５７，ｒ＝０．９９９ｔ，平均回收率９９．５７％，ＲＳＤ０．２６％，结论：该霜剂处方合理，质量控制方法可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To prepare rufloxacin hydrochloride cream. Methods:The composition of recipe and manufacturing technique were designed. The content of rufloxacin hydrochloride was determined by UV spectrophotometry and stability tests were carried out. Results:The designation of the recipe as reasonable and manufacturing technique was feasible, the recovery of rufloxacin hydrochloride was 99.57%. The stability tests of preparation showed not remarked change. Conclusion:The preparation is rational in formula and reliable in method of quality control. |
