| 摘 要： | 采用抗Ｐ５３单克隆抗体ＰＡｂ１８０１和微波炉抗原修复法对５３例肾癌、６例错构瘤及６例正常肾组织进行了研究。结果Ｐ５３肾癌中的表达率为５４．７％（２９／５３），在正常肾组织及肾错构瘤中无表达，Ｐ５３蛋白表达与分期、分级有关（Ｐ＜０．０１），而与组织类型、年龄及性别无关，Ｐ５３表达者预后差，说明Ｐ５３可能是判断肾癌生物学行为的一个指标。

| Abstract: | Immunohistochemiscal detection of P53 expression was carried out in 53 cases of renal carcinoma,6 cases of renal angiomyolipoma and 6 cases of normal renal tissue for control.The results were as follows:P53 protein was indentified in 54.7%(29/53) of renal carcinomas,but no positive immunostaining was found in normal and renal angiomyolipoma.P53 expression was related to clinical stage cell grading( P <0.01),but not to age,sex and histological type.Overexpression of P53 indicates poor prognosis.It may act as an criterion for the biological behaviour of renal cancer. |
