多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对肺癌的诊断价值

目的研究多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对肺癌的诊断价值。方法用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统测定分析116例肺癌患者，42例肺良性疾病患者和165例正常人血清中肿瘤标志物（CA199、NSE、CEA、CA242、CA125、CAl53、AFP、Fe、f—PSA、PSA、β-HCC、HGH）的水平。结果116例肺癌患者有88例血清肿瘤标志物为阳性，阳性率为75．9％；42例肺良性疾病患者有7例血清肿瘤标志物为阳性，阳性率为16．7％；165例正常人血清中没有发现阳性。结论多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统的应用对肺癌的诊断有较高的临床参考价值。

The diagnostic value of multiple tumor markers detection protein chip in diagnosis of lung cancer

Objective To assess the value of multi-tumor marker protein biochip detective system in diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods The levels of 12 tumor markers (CA199, NSE, CEA, CA242, CA125, CA153, AFP, Fe, f-PSA, PSA, B-HCG, HGH) in sera of 116 lung cancer patients, 42 patients with benign pulmonary disease and 165 normal persons were determined, analyzed by using multi-tumor markers protein biochip detective system. Results At least one kind of tumor marker was found higher in 88 sera of the 116 lung cancer patients with a positive rate of 75.9%. Seven sera of 42 patients with benign pulmonary disease positive with a positive rate of 16.7%. No tumor markers were observed in 165 normal persons. Conclusion Multi-tumor marker protein biochip detective system possesses clinical reference value in diagnosis of lung caner.
