| 摘 要： | 选用蚓激酶胶囊对60例急性缺血性脑梗塞病人进行治疗对照观察,结果显示用该药后病人的红细胞压积和血浆纤维蛋白原含量降低,凝血酶原时间延长,3项指标变化与对照组比较均有显著性差异.而血沉,出血时间和凝血时间则无明显变化.此外,蚓激酶组治疗后改良SSS评分的改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)疗效总体评价显示蚓激酶治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).证实该药是治疗急性脑梗塞的有效药物.

| Abstract: | We chose Yin Ji Mei capsule to cure 60 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction and took control observation. FINDING: after therapy with Yin Ji Mei, the patients of HCT, fibrinogenemia decreased and prothombin time test prolonged. The changes of above three indexes were significant as compared with the controls. The modified SSS score of the treatment group was significantly decreased than the control group(P<0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group on total therapeutic evaluation(P<0.05). |
