胃癌中胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-2,胰岛素样生长因子-1和增殖细胞核抗原的表达和临床意义

目的:研究IGFBP-2、IGF-1和PCNA在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌临床病理学特征的关系及意义。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例胃癌患者肿瘤组织和40例正常胃黏膜组织中IGFBP-2、IGF-1和PCNA的表达水平。结果:(1)IGFBP-2、IGF-1和PCNA在胃癌组织中的表达率显著高于在正常胃黏膜组织中的表达(P<0.01)。(2)IGFBP-2、IGF-1和PCNA在有淋巴结转移胃癌中的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移胃癌(P<0.05)。(3)IGFBP-2和IGF-1在胃癌组织中的表达具有明显正相关(P<0.01)。(4)PCNA的表达率在IGFBP-2和IGF-1阳性胃癌中的表达显著高于C-erbB-2阴性的胃癌(P<0.01)。结论:胃癌组织中IGFBP-2水平的升高可能增强IGF-1的表达,两者通过促进肿瘤细胞的增殖与胃癌的发生发展和浸润转移有关。

The Expression of IGFBP-2, IGF-1 and PCNA in Gastric Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective:To investigate the expression of IGFBP-2,IGF-1 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma as well as the correlation between its expression and clinical pathological characteristics.Methods:The expression of IGFBP-2,IGF-1 and PCNA in 60 cases of the gastric carcinomas and 40 cases of the normal gastric mucosa tissue with the immunohistochemical technique(S-P method)were examined.Results:(1)The positive rate of IGFBP-2,IGF-1 and PCNA in gastric carcinomas was higher than that in the normal gastric mucosa tissue(P<0.01).(2)The positive percentage of IGFBP-2,IGF-1 and PCNA was statistically higher in gastric carcinomas with metastasis in lymph node than those without metastasis in lymph node(P<0.05).(3)The expression of IGFBP-2 in gastric carcinomas was positive correlation with that of IGF-1(P<0.01).(4)The expression of PCNA was significantly higher in IGFBP-2 and IGF-1 positive cases than in IGFBP-2 and IGF-1 negative ones(P<0.01).Conclusion:The higher level of IGFBP-2 may enhance the over expression of IGF-1.IGFBP-2 and IGF-1 may be involved in carcinogenesis and progression and metastasis of gastric carcinoma by promoting cell proliferation.
