| 摘 要： | 目的 :从猪脑中分离神经肽 ,并对其氨基酸组成进行分析。方法 :新鲜猪脑经匀浆后用生理盐水和蒸馏水提取。提取液用SephadexG5 0柱层析纯化。收集液做薄层层析并用茚三酮显色。收集Rf(Removefactor) 0 5 0的组分 ,进行硅胶柱层析。收集液再次做薄层层析和茚三酮显色 ,收集Rf值为 0 5 0的组分 ,冷冻干燥制成猪神经肽。结果 :该肽经日立 83 5 5 0型氨基酸分析仪分析 ,证明其含有Ala和Asp二种氨基酸。结论 :结果表明该肽是一种酸性神经肽

| Abstract: | Aim:To isolate neuropeptide from pig brain and analyze componient of amino acid of the peptide.Methods:The fresh pig brain was homogenized and extracted with saline and distilled water.The extracted solution was purified by Sephadex G50 column chromatography.The collected solution was chromatographed on silica thin plate and coloured with ninhydrin.The component of Rf (Remove factor)0.5 was collected.The collected solution was chromatographed on silica column again.The collected solution was chromatographed on silica thin plate and coloured with ninhydrin.The component of Rf 0.5 was collected.After freezing dry,the neuropeptide of pig brain was prepared.Results:It had been discovered by analysis with National835 50 Model Amino Acid Analyzer that the peptide contained two amino acids,or Ala and Asp.Conclusion:The peptide is an acidiceuropeptide. |
