摘    要:目的 探讨四肢主要动脉损伤的早期诊断及急诊显微外科修复的临床疗效。方法 对我科在1995年2月至2006年4月应用显微外科技术修复四肢主要动脉损伤56例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 治愈51例,截肢3例,主要原因是肢体的严重创伤或严重感染。死亡2例,主要原因均为严重颅脑外伤。本组51例均获随访,随访6个月~2年,患肢血运及功能良好,超声多普勒检查未见异常。结论 对周围主要血管损伤的应尽早诊断,应用显微外科技术进行急诊手术,尽快控制出血和恢复肢体血运,有助于提高治愈率和功能恢复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the early diagnosis of main arterial injury of limbs and clinical effects on emergency microsurgery repair. Methods From February 1995 to April 2006, 56 cases with main arterial injury of limbs used microsurgical technique repair were analyzed retrospectively. The operative methods were end to end anastomosis of blood vessels and vascular grafting. Results 51 cases were cured. Amputation was performed in 3 cases. causes of amputation were severe trauma and severe infection of limbs. 2 cases died. Main cause of death was severe craniocerebral trauma. Follow-up was got in 51 cases. Follow-up time was from 6 to 24 months. The blood circulation and function of affected limb were well. No abnormolity was found during ultrasonic Doppler examination. Conclusion It is diagnosed as early as possible for treatment of peripheral main vascular injury. Emergery operation was done to use microsugery technigue. It is contribute to improve cure rate and recover function of affected limbs as fast as possible to control bleeding and recover blood circulation of limbs.
