正常中国男性直肠系膜的CT横断表现

①目的探讨正常中国男性直肠系膜的CT表现及其在直肠肛管疾病诊断中的意义。②方法对20例正常男性盆腔进行横断面多层螺旋CT扫描，对直肠腔处于空虚状态和充气后扩张状态下的直肠系膜的影像特征进行分析。观察直肠系膜在膀胱直肠返折、精囊腺和前列腺三个标志性层面上的形态学变化以及与周围邻近组织器官的关系。③结果直肠空虚状态和扩张状态下的直肠系膜均与肠壁和盆壁形成清晰的对比，而扩张状态下的直肠系膜的影像特征更有利于识别。精囊腺和盆筋膜壁层是重要的标志性结构。④结论直肠系膜及其毗邻器官的解剖学形态可以通过CT扫描加以显示，这为直肠肛门疾病的诊断和评估提供了客观依据。

CT CROSS-SECTIONAL MANIFESTATIONS OF MESORECTUM OF NORMAL MALES IN CHINA

Objective To study the characteristics of the mesorectum of normal males on computed tomography(CT) and its value in the diagnosis of anorectal diseases. Methods The CT characteristics of the mesorectum were observed and analyzed when the enteric cavity was in vacuity and distention.The morphology of mesorectum on the planes of vesicorectal reversion,seminal vesicle,prostate,and their relation with surrounding organs were analyzed as well. Results A clear contrast was observed among mesorectum,bowel wall and pelvic wall in both when the enteric cavity was in vacuity and distention, it was more helpful in vacuity.Seminal vesicle and pelvic wall might be served as signal structures. Conclusion Anatomical morphology of mesorectum and its nearby organs can be manifested through CT scanning,which provides an objective evidence for the diagnosis and evaluation of anorectal diseases.
