力臂式外固定器治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折的体会

自1992年以来应用力臂式外固定器治疗不稳定胫腓骨中下段骨折12例.经随访,骨折愈合时间41～90天,平均58天,无一例发生骨不愈合.作者认为本法优点在于:操作方法简便,固定效果可靠,能早期进行膝、踝关节功能锻炼,促进骨折愈合,尤其对开放性骨折,既能有效地固定骨折,又便于创面换药.

Dynamic External Fixator for the Treatment of Tibio-Fibular Fracture on Medium and Lower Segment

12 cases of unstable tibio-fibular fracture on medium and lower segment were treated by dynamic external fixator since 1992. All the cases had been followed-up. The period of bony union was from 41 to 90 days, average 58 days. Non-union did not occurred in these cases. The authors consider that the advantages of this method are: The technique is quite simple,fixed effect is reliable,functional exercise of knee and ankle joint may carry out in early stage to promote the bony union. Especially,this device for the treatmant of open tibio -fibular fracture may fix fracture efficiently and easy to change dressing for the wound.
