乳腺癌仿根治术后患肢淋巴水肿干预效果的护理研究

目的探讨三种不同方法对乳腺癌仿根治术后并发患肢淋巴水肿的干预效果。方法选取乳腺癌仿根治术且术后并发患肢淋巴水肿的女性患者90例作为研究对象，将资料匹配后随机分为三组各30例，A组单用空气波压力泵，B组采用空气波压力泵加微波理疗，C组采用空气波压力泵加运动疗法。比较三种方法干预后的效果。结果C组干预方法对于减少患肢上臂周径、提高肩关节活动度、减轻患肢上臂水肿程度、缓解肩关节疼痛度及对患肢淋巴水肿的疗效方面优于A、B组。结论空气波压力泵治疗结合运动疗法对乳腺癌仿根治术后患肢淋巴水肿的康复治疗更加安全有效，适合在临床应用。

Nursing study for the intervention effects of limb lymphedema for breast cancer patients after imitation radical surgery

Objective To compare the intervention effect for ill-limb lymph edema after breast cancer modified radical masteetomy by three different methods , and to find the scientific basis to form a set of scientific, reasonable, safe and effective rehabilitation nursing treatment used to guide and apply to clinical practice. Method 90 patients with ill-limb lymph edema after breast cancer modified radical mastectomy were selected and randomly divided into three groups based on matching data, group A with air wave pressure pump, group ]3 with air wave pressure pump plus microwave therapy and group C with air wave pressure pump plus exercise therapy. Self-designed questionnaire was used to collect patients＇ general information, comparing the difference between the three groups of methods intervention effects. Result The effect of reducing ill-limb diameter and improving shoulder joint activity, relieving the degree of ill-limb edema and shoulder joint pain degree in group C is superior to the group A and group B. Conclusion Air wave pressure pump combined with exercise therapy for breast cancer rehabilitation treatment for ill-limb lymph edema after breast cancer modified radical mastectomy is more safe and effective and suitable for used in clinical practice.
