喜疗妥软膏联合远红外线照护对血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘功能影响的研究

目的探讨喜疗妥软膏联合远红外线照护对血液透析的患者自体动静脉内瘘功能的影响。方法将180例采用自体动静脉内瘘进行长期血液透析患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组90例，对照组采用局部喜疗妥软膏外涂，观察组采用局部喜疗妥外涂联合远红外线照护。比较两组患者治疗3个月后血管情况。结果观察组患者治疗3个月后，在改善内瘘血管弹性、提高血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘透析时的血流量等方面均优于对照组，两组比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘护理，局部用喜疗妥外涂联合远红外线照护，效果优于局部单纯用喜疗妥外涂。

Influence of the Hirudoid ointment combined with far-infrared radiation on the autologous arteriovenous fistula function for patients with hemodialysis

Objective To study the influence of the Hirudoid ointment combined with far-infrared radiation on the autologous arteriovenous fistula function for patients with hemodialysis. Method 180 patients with autologou arterio- venous fistula for long-term hemodialysis were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 9 0 cases in each group, patients in control group was treated with topical Hirudoid ointment, but the obser- vation group were treated with local Hirudoid ointment combined with far infrared care. Vascular conditions of the two groups was observed and compared after three months of treatment. Result The improvement in fistula blood vessel elasticity and improvement in blood flow for hemodialysis patients with autologous arteriovenous fistula dialy- sis in observation group are better than that of the control group three months after treated, there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01） Conclusion Hirudoid ointment combined with far-infrared radiation is more effective than that of simply using local Hirudoid coated for hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula nursing.
