家族聚集性乙肝与肝细胞癌的研究

乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染是当今临床上一个棘手的问题,它具有慢性迁延和遗传倾向,并与肝硬化和肝细胞癌密切相关,是目前人类尚待征服的疾病。HBV感染具有显著的家庭聚集性,流行病学资料显示乙肝聚集家庭往往呈现出肝细胞癌高发特点。对于家族聚集性乙肝与肝细胞癌的发病机制,尚不十分清楚。本文就近年来国内外对此研究的进展进一步阐述。

Hepatitis B with Family Aggregation and Hepatocellular Cinoma

Now hepatitis B virus infection is a very formidable clinical problem for us to conquer now says, which has chronic deferment and genetic predisposition and has close relationship with Liver cirrhosis and Hcpatocellular cinoma. HBV infection has obvious family aggregation. Most epidemiology research showed that the hepatitis B gathered family often to present high incidence rate of hepatocellular cinoma. But now it still not very clearly of the pathogenesy on how the family gathered hepatitis B to hepatic cellular cancer. This article reviews research progresses about it in recent years.
