补阳还五汤对口腔扁平苔藓患者外周血IFN—γ和IL-4的影响

目的观察补阳还五汤对口腔扁平苔藓（oral lichen planus，OLP）患者外周血中IFN-γ、IL-4和IFN-γ／IL-4比值的变化，从而探讨此中药治疗对口腔扁平苔藓的免疫调节作用。方法采用随机方法将41例OLP患者分为（补阳还五汤）21例和对照组（强的松）20例，并设立健康组。观察治疗前后IFN-γ、IL-4和IFN-γ／IL-4比值的变化。结果治疗组患者外周血中IFN-γ含量、IFN-γ/IL-4比值明显升高，IL-4含量明显降低（P〈0．05）；对照组患者外周血中IL-4含量明显降低（P〈0．05），IFN-γ含量、IFN-γ/IL-4比值无明显改变（P〉0．05）。结论补阳还五汤治疗对OLP患者外周血象中IFN-γ和IFN-γ/IL-4比值有明显的调节作用，是一种有效的治疗方法。

The role of Buyanghuanwu decoction in the treatment of oral lichen planus

Objective To observe the effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction on the changes of IFN-γ, IL-4 and IFN-γ/IL-4 changes in the peripheral blood of patients with oral lichen planus, and to explore the role of immune regulation of this traditional Chinese medicine treatment for oral lichen planus. Methods Forty-one patients diagnosed with OLP were randomly divided into the treatment group with 21 cases treated with Buyanghuanwu decoction, the control group with 20 cases treated with prednisone, and another the healthy group. IFN-γ, IL-4 and IFN-γ/IL-4 changes were observed before and after treatment. Results IFN-γand IFN-γ/IL-4 in peripheral blood of patients in treatment group significantly increased, while IL-4 significantly reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. IL-4 in peripheral blood of patients in control group was significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）, but IFN-γ, IFN-γ/IL-4 remained largely unchanged in these patients （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decoction is stronger than prednisone treatment in the regulation of peripheral blood IFN-γ and IFN-γ/IL-4 in OLP patients.
