| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨下肢术后并发腓总神经损伤的预防及护理措施。方法:回顾性分析11例下肢术后并发腓总神经损伤的原因及相应预防护理措施。结果:神经传导功能障碍症状3~90d消失,无明显足下垂等畸形发生。结论:术后防止腓总神经长时间受压和过度牵拉,是预防腓总神经损伤的重要措施,及时发现是减轻腓总神经损伤的关键,功能锻炼是预防肢体畸形的对策。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore precaution and nursing of complications of common peroneal nerve injury after the operation on lower extremity. Methods: T o make a retrospective analysis of precaution and nursing of 11 patients suffere d from common peroneal nerve injury after the operation on lower extremity. Resu lts: Dysfunction of nerve conduction (3~90d) disappeared. No apparent occurrence of foot drop. Conclusion:It is important to prevent press of common peroneal n erve long time and hyper-traction and pay much attention to dirigation. |
